Jeffrey W. Monsell adds family law to the many areas of legal representation handled by Stokes, Hamer, Kirk & Eads, LLP. His practice primarily focuses on family law, including issues of child custody and visitation, asset division, and child and spousal support.
Jeff moved to Humboldt County following the devastating Camp Fire in 2018, which destroyed the town of Paradise where he lived and worked previously.
In his spare time, Jeff volunteers with the Humboldt County Teen Court program as Mentor Attorney, volunteers at the Sequoia Park Zoo as an Animal Care Volunteer, and provides pro bono consultations to the local chapter of the NAACP. He also enjoys reading, biking, and enjoying the North Coast's outdoor treasures.
