Although the firm’s main office is located in Arcata, CA,  clients can see our attorneys at the firm’s Garberville office by appointment. 

 

 Stokes, Hamer, Kirk & Eads, LLP currently has four partners, Chris Hamer,  Eric Kirk,  Jason Eads, and Joshua Kaufman. Jason Eads is our newest partner, who took over the Business and Estate Planning practice of our deceased partner, Thomas D. Rowe.  Our partners have many years of experience to help with our client's legal needs in their many areas of law.
